healing RELATIONSHIPS
Managing emotions, conflicts, and boundaries in everyday relationships

There are moments when relationships become complicated
It rarely happens in obvious ways. A sentence, a tone, a silence is enough. And something gets activated: we react without thinking.
We say yes when we want to say no, we hold back what we feel, or we respond impulsively and then regret it.
Sometimes guilt shows up. Other times the fear of conflict. Other times the need to avoid tension or not disappoint others. And so we end up adapting more than choosing.
Over time, these reactions become automatic. They happen before we even notice them.
This course works exactly here:
where reaction takes the place of choice
A practical path to recognize what gets activated in relationships and learn how to interrupt automatic patterns while they are happening.
It is not about “understanding relationships better”, but about changing the way you live inside them.
Through tools of awareness and communication, you begin to observe more clearly what happens within you and between you and others, while it is happening.
What we will do together
Throughout the course we alternate simple explanations, practical exercises, and personal exploration.
The goal is not to learn a theory, but to develop a different way of being in relationships: more present, more clear, more free.
We will explore:
- automatic reactions that get triggered in relationships;
- the Drama Triangle and how to step out of it;
- emotions and needs as a way to understand what we experience;
- Nonviolent Communication: observing, feeling, recognizing needs, and making clear requests;
- guilt and the difficulty of setting boundaries;
- saying “no” without closing the relationship;
- requests, expectations, and recurring misunderstandings;
- practical tools to interrupt repeating patterns.
Each session is experiential: we work with real-life situations, not just concepts.
Who it is for
This course is for those who feel they tend to lose themselves in relationships, hold back, or react in ways that do not feel aligned with who they are.
For those who often find themselves saying yes when they want to say no.
For those who feel responsible for other people’s emotions, or frequently experience guilt, recurring tension, or difficulty expressing what they feel.
No previous experience is needed. Only a willingness to observe yourself honestly and experiment with new ways of responding.
How it works
6 online sessions of about 90 minutes, in a small group.
Each session combines explanation, practical exercises, and personal exploration.
The work is mainly experiential: what changes is not what you understand, but what you begin to recognize while it is happening in your everyday life.
How to participate
The course is held online in small groups to ensure attention and quality of the process.
You can participate individually, as a couple, or as a family. Even if you join from the same device, each participant is considered individually in their own process.
The course is continuous: enrollment happens before the start, and participation in all sessions is required, as the work develops progressively.
The lessons are recorded, but the process is highly experiential: many exercises require active participation. Watching the recording alone is not enough to fully engage in the process.
