Welcome to luciabiffi.com. This document sets out the terms and conditions of use of this website and the services offered. Please read it carefully before using the information and services available.

By accessing the website and using the services, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Website Owner and Nature of the Business

The website is managed by Lucia Biffi, who does not currently have a VAT number. As a freelancer, the services provided are considered occasional and do not fall within the tax categories that require VAT registration. Therefore, for each service provided, a non-fiscal receipt will be issued in accordance with current legislation for freelancers. Non-fiscal receipts are drawn up and delivered in electronic format, as required by tax regulations for occasional services. These receipts are not subject to VAT or withholding tax, as occasional services do not exceed the limits established by law for the tax regime of “non-VAT payers”. The services offered are in line with Italian regulations for freelancers operating without a VAT number and do not require any additional tax formalities on the part of the client.

Occasional services are regulated by Presidential Decree 633/1972 and Decree Law 50/2017, which establish the tax rules for freelancers who do not exceed the annual income limits set by law and for whom a VAT number is not required. Should her business evolve and exceed the limits set for occasional work, Lucia Biffi will update her tax status and promptly inform her clients.

All services are provided on a personal basis and without medical or therapeutic purposes.

5. Bookings and Payment Methods

  • Free introductory calls must be booked using the appropriate form and are subject to availability.
  • For any paid services, the fee will be agreed upon before the service is provided and a receipt for occasional services will be issued.
  • Payment can be made using the agreed methods (e.g. bank transfer or other available systems).

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations of booked sessions must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, the service may be considered to have been provided.
  • No refunds will be given for courses and programmes that have already started, except in specific cases to be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

  • The information provided on the website and during the programmes is based on my experience and training, but is in no way a substitute for medical, psychological or therapeutic advice.
